Native Digital is a proudly Māori-owned IT company based in Manukau, Auckland, with offices in Hamilton and Tauranga, supporting businesses and organisations across Aotearoa. Founded by Anaru Te Wheoro and Raj Lal, both with corporate IT backgrounds, we grew from humble beginnings in a South Auckland garage with a simple goal: bring enterprise-level IT systems, security, and support to small/medium-sized businesses in a uniquely Māori way.
Since 2020, we’ve grown into a trusted managed service provider, building long-term relationships through whakawhanaungatanga, supported by straight-up advice, a people-first approach, and consistent, reliable delivery. We’re five years in now, no longer a startup, and we're just getting started.
In 2025, we were nominated for the 2degrees Auckland Business Awards, and in 2026 recognised for our commitment to te reo Māori through a nomination for He Tohu mō te Whakapiki i te Reo (Language Enlightenment Award) in the 2026 Ngā Tohu Reo Māori awards, reflecting the values that sit at the core of everything we do.
We’re not just here to fix IT issues. From there, we design and support practical, scalable solutions that simplify operations, strengthen security, and remove the day-to-day friction that slows teams down.
